Beginning of the history of Familia Barberán as a business group.

1979

Constitution of Barcar S.L.
Marking the beginning of the journey in industrial services and construction.

1988

Acquisition of Alquile S.A. (today Sanea2)
Marking the beginning of the first environmental services and waste management.

1994

Constitution of Laribar S.L.
New company that strengthens the Group's structure and expands its services.

1997

Death of José Barberán Cárdenas, co-founder of the Group (04/12/1997).

1999

Establishment of San Roque Maintenance (now Avanza360).
Marking the beginning of branding, signage and corporate image services

2004

Acquisition of Sanea2 (September 2004).

2009

National service station contract (April 2009).
Launch of the first service station contracts nationwide, a decisive step in the Group's expansion beyond the local level.
